Headway Black Country is a service for people with an acquired brain injury, their family and carers living in any of the four Black Country Boroughs – Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton.

The organisation was set up in 1997. With help from two substantial Lottery/Community Fund grants, Headway Black Country was able to employ staff, become an independent charity affiliated to Headway - The brain injury association and set up services.  

Headway Black Country  is a registered charity No: 1089171 and company limited by guarantee No: 4001321. Our Board of Trustees are responsible for the overall governance of the organisation and our staff team and volunteers are responsible for day to day operations and delivering services.
