Improving Life After Brain Injury

Outreach Services | Headway Black Country
Our Outreach Service helps survivors, families and carers get the right support and access the services they need to manage the often complex consequences of brain injury.

Support is available through one to one meetings, events and regular drop-in sessions specifically designed to help survivors and carers. This may be in hospital or at home or at one of our centres.

Our Community Outreach Workers work closely with our dedicated advice service that provided by Citizen’s Advice Dudley Borough. They will also work closely with health, social care and carers organisations to raise awareness of the implications of brain injury and the support needs of survivors and their carers.

The Outreach Service provides a service dedicated to supporting carers of brain injury survivors whose needs for specialist support and information often go unmet and unrecognised.
