Improving Life After Brain Injury

Giving | Headway Black Country

There are many ways you can make a donation:

  • Making a ‘one off’ donation
  • Making a regular gift
  • Leaving a gift in a Will

Some of the ways that donations are used are to purchase or provide:

  • Items required for activities such as equipment, training materials, craft items etc.
  • One off items needed such as garden furniture, electrical items, furniture etc.
  • Publicity Items
  • Funding towards special projects and services
  • Funding towards the continued running of services for people affected by brain injury

We are happy to provide details of current specific projects or items that we need funding for and can also attend to give talks to local organisations if this is helpful. You are also welcome to arrange a visit to see what we do and how you can help.

Making a 'one off' donation

To make a one-off donation you can donate online via Virgin or MyDonate. Alternatively you can send your donation to us at Headway Black Country, Martin Hill Street, Dudley, DY2 8RT – cheques payable to “Headway Black Country”. Where you send us a donation as an individual we will invite you to complete a Gift Aid form.

Making regular gift

Regular donations allow us to plan more effectively for the future. You can donate any amount, either monthly or yearly. We would ask to do this by creating a standing order with your bank or building society. Where you send us a donation as an individual we will invite you to complete a Gift Aid form

Leaving a gift in a Will

When a will is being prepared and a charity is considered for a legacy it is often difficult to decide which one to support. We would ask you to kindly consider Headway Black Country because it is our endeavour to make life easier and better for the Brain Injured and their families in the Black Country. Leaving a legacy to Headway Black Country, can help provide a brighter future for other families, providing crucial information and practical support to help deal with the often life changing effects of brain injury.

Contact Headway Black Country for a leaflet explaining how to do this.

Gift Aid

If you are a taxpayer your gift could be worth 25% more with Gift Aid.
