Life Skills Service 

Our Life Skills service is closing at the end of business on Monday 23rd March until further notice. We will be in contact with all clients on a regular basis. We are also developing online resources for clients which we hope to make available shortly.

Outreach Services
Our Outreach Service will continue to provide specialist information and support but as a telephone only service – 01384 869961

Community Rehab Assistant Service
Our Community Support Service is presently operating as normal.

Citizens Advice Service
Headway Black Country’s Citizens Advice service is presently operating as a telephone only service.

Counselling Service
Headway Black Country’s Counselling Service is operating as a telephone only service until further notice.

Young Adults Group

Headway Black Country’s Young Adults Group has been suspended until further notice.


These are all cancelled or are taking place by telephone.

Chart Peer Support Group – this group is suspended until further notice
