Our Outreach Service helps survivors, families and carers get the right support and services they need following a brain injury.
Support is available through one to one meetings, events and regular drop-in sessions specifically designed to help survivors, families and carers. This may be in hospital or at home or at one of our centres.
We also have extensive knowledge of the benefits service and can support you navigating the government systems.
Our Outreach Team also works closely with health, social care and carers organisations to raise awareness of the implications of brain injury and the support needs of survivors and their carers.
