COVID 19 – Our Centres are now open, we are closely following both local and national guidelines and restrictions and will update our information accordingly.
We offer a range of facilities and sessions, run by skilled rehabilitation workers and therapists, which are designed to help brain injury survivors to meet their goals.
Our sessions are delivered in groups and our clients contribute to the design and delivery of our programmes.
Each individual has an assessment to identify personal needs and goals. Whether these goals are to get out and meet more people, increase confidence, develop skills or improve cognitive functioning, our programmes can help.
Through our range of different life skills sessions people are able to practice and develop skills in a number of areas, including understanding and managing cognitive challenges, practical thinking, goal setting, stress management and well-being.
